Portal 2 won't work, something with my video card?

I tried checking the requirements, but it said everything was fine except my Video card. my video card worked on all my other steam games, so why did it suddenly quit on me? My card is:Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family. I don't want to buy anew card, so what should I do?

Now I need to know what kind of cage and lighting i should give it, and what kind of food does this reptile eat. I would like to breed these reptiles so that they wouldn't be ENDANGERED any more. And i also heard that they have a CURE for CANCER?
