Can I use fine line and wrinkle remover at 15?

I'm 15 and I have fine lines under my eyes, and I want to use ANEW REJUVENATE 24 HOUR EYE MOISTURIZER SPF 25 to get rid of them? Will that later be a bad choice for me?
