Why does Tori Spelling act like a victim when she chose to drive eractically?

I mean it's not like she was in danger, just trying to avoid getting her picture taken. Why does she have the right to endanger the lives of children in a school zone. She should be charged for reckless driving. What if she had killed a kid?
