The best advice I can give you that you probably won't like. Wear DRESSES. Get away from all the emo/gothic crap, it will make you look childish and immature, and NO ONE will take you serious dressed like that. Go get you a couple of nice dresses. If you just can't stand the idea of dresses, then my lord, just go to Forever 21 or American Eagle and it will solve your problems. Pick the cutest thing you see and you should be fine. Go back to your natural hair color, whatever it may be. And quit with the eyeliner. You either need to buy some brown eyeliner and only wear a little bit of it or wear none at all. When girls wear too much eyeliner, it looks trashy and automatically makes your makeup look caked on and gross. Use BLUSH. Problem solved.
