Is it bad to use a primer, foundation, set powder, AND set spray?

I'm anew MAC makeup user,and I'm thinking of buying a load of products. I've just ordered Set Powder by MAC, and I'm thinking about buying a set spray, foundation and primer by MAC. Would it be bad to use all 4? Or is it necessary? If not, which products would be worth my money?
