How should I fill out my W4 tax form on this new job?

I just got Anew job I havent worked in a few years and I need to know what to put on my W4 form I am single no kids no dependents I am staying with a family member so I guess I should not claim head of household Should I put exempt on the last line and also should I claim myself?
